Sound familiar?
You love your family. The busyness of life keeps getting in the way.
Plenty of families are doing fine on paper. They're also stretched thin, and they can feel the distance grow a little more each term. Rules get made on the run, the kids push back, and nobody is quite sure what the family is aiming for.
Every family deserves time to decide how they want to live together.

“Can you just come to my home?”
Parents kept asking, so now I do.
I'm Chey, founder of Stoa Education. I've worked as a teacher, deputy principal, and now as an Education Consultant I help schools build connected, restorative school communities. I'm a parent too, so I know how fast a week can get away from you.

I run parent sessions for school communities that support wellbeing, regulation and restorative parenting. Afterwards, there's regularly a parent who hangs back with the same question: “Can you just come to my home and help my family?”

Home Ground is my answer. It extends the support Stoa already gives families through their schools, shaped around yours: your kids, your routines, your kitchen table.
Every voice gets a turn, including the youngest.

I run every Home Ground family myself, which is why there are limited places each term.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to your families
Home Ground
o1.
Have a chat

Apply for the pilot or join the waitlist. I'll call you for a free intro chat about your family and what you're hoping will change.
o2.
Meet weekly
60 minutes a week, for 8 weeks, in your home or online. Some sessions are with parents, some with the kids, and some with everyone together.
o3.
Keep your playbook
You finish with your family's values, goals, weekly rhythm and go-to words, written down and visible at home.
THE PROGRAM
Eight weeks, one family story
Each session builds on the last. First we listen, then your family chooses what it stands for, then you put it to work in real time.

When you download our Home Ground Package, you'll get a glimpse at what we cover in each session, and how the program runs.

We are offering the sessions at $88 per session for Pilot Program families; however, once we launch in 2027 each session will cost $110.
Home Ground
is a good fit if...
Home feels more like logistics than connection lately
You want your kids to have a voice in how home works
Your kids are anywhere from primary to secondary school
You live in metro Adelaide, or you're happy to meet online
A note on support
Home Ground is family coaching. If your family is working through a crisis, safety concerns, or needs counselling or clinical care, the best first step is your GP or a registered counsellor.

Not sure which fits? Mention it on the form and I'll help point you in the right direction.
